K'ronna Harmon, CMT

K’ronna’s journey into the world of healing began on the courts and fields of her youth. From middle school through college, she competed in basketball, dance, cheer, and track and field. Along the way, she experienced firsthand the challenges of injury recovery—sparking a lifelong curiosity about the science of movement, resilience, and healing.

That curiosity led her to study Sports Medicine at Foothill College, where she worked alongside athletic trainers and sports staff, deepening her understanding of holistic care. During this time, she also transitioned from the life of an athlete to an office professional, spending long hours at a desk. This lifestyle shift gave her unique insight into the toll sedentary work takes on the body, allowing her to connect not only with athletes but with professionals from every walk of life.

In 2025, K’ronna graduated from the National Holistic Institute’s Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Program, becoming a state-certified massage therapist and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She began her massage therapy training in October 2023 and continues to expand her skills with plans to specialize in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Pre- and Postnatal Massage.

K’ronna is also on track to complete her Associate of Science in Sports Medicine by December 2025, blending clinical knowledge with hands-on expertise. With the long-term goal of becoming a P.E. teacher when she becomes a grandmother later in life, she plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science. Beyond the classroom and treatment room, she is a passionate traveler—having journeyed to Haiti, Nepal, and the Bahamas, with Thailand on the horizon in November 2025. She views travel as both a personal exploration and a means of continuing education, learning from both Eastern and Western global traditions of healing and holistic wellness.

At the heart of her work, K’ronna believes massage therapy is not just about recovery, but about empowerment—helping people understand their bodies, restore balance, and take ownership of their well-being.
