Throughout his career, he has worked across healthcare and dental industries, developing a reputation for clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to helping people.

As Castrell’s Client Experience and Technology Coordinator, Ketan is dedicated to making every visit effortless from start to finish. Whether he is welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, guiding them through our technology, or ensuring the clinic operates smoothly behind the scenes, his focus is always on creating an experience that is organized, comfortable, and personal.

Ketan believes exceptional care begins long before a therapy session starts.
