Ketan Vyas brings more than 25 years of experience in customer service, technical support, and client care, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Throughout his career, he has worked across healthcare and dental industries, developing a reputation for clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to helping people.

As Castrell’s Client Experience and Technology Coordinator, Ketan is dedicated to making every visit effortless from start to finish. Whether he is welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, guiding them through our technology, or ensuring the clinic operates smoothly behind the scenes, his focus is always on creating an experience that is organized, comfortable, and personal.

Ketan believes exceptional care begins long before a therapy session starts. Every conversation is an opportunity to build trust, answer questions, and help clients feel confident that they are in capable hands. His calm, attentive approach helps create the welcoming environment that defines the Castrell experience.

Outside the clinic, Ketan enjoys playing cricket and volleyball, hiking with family and friends, and exploring philosophy through reading.
